Nitoy is a proud graduate of the K and Pre-K courses of Calvert School's home instruction department. His needs have drastically changed at the latter part of his kindergarten year, so for his 1st grade, we have decided to go "eclectic," with core guides and books from Sonlight combined with materials from our own country, Philippines. We don't confine ourselves to books and the home though--this blog is fast becoming Nitoy's travel blog. Everybody's welcome, please leave a note! :)
We have just reached our Library Thing limit of 200 books. We have so much more books at home to catalog, and will be looking for a way to do that online for free.

So sad, leaving friends, including the four footed variety. I'm glad your furniture was able to help younger relatives, and I hope you'll be able to move to a larger place again in the future. You'll build memories in the new home, including a new family member, and I hope Nitoy finds more kitties to play with soon!
MARJIE, to tell you the truth had I known I was pregnant I would have opted for a house, and a bigger one, too! We actually considered a 4BR house with a teeny-weeny yard that would have been perfect for a dog (although not a Great Dane, LOL) before opting for this condo. As it is, we're contractually bound for a year's lease, so the earliest we can move again is when the new baby's four months old...
